Shipping and Delivery

What are your shipping rates?

There is a surcharge for furniture/carpets shipped via air freight or courier.
For shipments outside UAE, customs duty, clearance charges, and any VAT (if applicable) are paid by the receiver upon delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally! We can deliver your order to a variety of countries outside the UAE. For a full list of countries we ship to, please visit us at shop.zuma.ae or contact us directly.

Please note: For international shipments, you will be responsible for any customs duties, clearance charges, and any applicable VAT upon delivery.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times depend on whether you're purchasing a stock item or a
custom piece.

Standard delivery:

  • Within UAE: 3 - 5 working days for stock items (furniture and carpets).
  • GCC countries: 10 -12 working days for stock items (furniture and carpets).

Custom orders:

  • Custom carpets and made-to-measure furniture: 8-12 weeks, unless otherwise specified during purchase.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

While Zuma doesn't currently offer expedited shipping options, we do provide estimated delivery timelines to help you plan your purchase. This ensures you receive your beautiful customized furniture in Dubai or handmade carpets within a reasonable timeframe.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Master Card, Apple Pay and American Express. You can pay using Debit Card, Credit card. If you require a different payment gateway we can send you a payment link.

Is your site secure for online transactions?

Yes, our website is secure for online payments. We use industry-standard encryption and partner with trusted processors to keep your information safe.

Do you have Cash on Delivery option available?

We don't offer Cash on Delivery option.

Return and Cancellation

How Do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order anytime before production starts by sending a written request. We'll confirm the cancellation and give you a full refund minus a 10% fee to cover our design and admin costs. This applies to both custom orders and in-stock items.

What is your return policy?

We offer refunds or exchanges for defective items only, but not for special orders, discounted items, or certain categories like fabric or wallpaper. For other products, you have 7 days to report any manufacturing defects after receiving your order. Replacement or repair will be offered first, with refunds provided only if those options aren't available. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

We use Cotton Silk, Tencel, New Zealand Wool, Semi-Worsted new Zealand Wool , Alpaca Wool.
